Wild Idol begins with aromatic Müller-Thurgau grapes from renowned German wine regions, prized for orchard fruit and delicate florals, with Merlot joining the blend for the Rosé. Where other alcohol-free wines are fermented and then stripped of their alcohol, our juice is pressed once and held cold for up to a year so fermentation never starts. It is balanced by hand, finished with a fine high-pressure mousse, and bottled in full-weight vintage glass. Alcohol-free by nature, never by removal.
