Winter Berry Spritz

For celebrating the season

 

INGREDIENTS
50ml / 1.75 fl oz Everleaf Mountain
10ml / 0.25 fl oz Blackberry Syrup
100ml / 3.5 fl oz Wild Idol White

US substitutions: Everleaf Mountain or any non-alcoholic herbal aperitif (e.g. Seedlip Garden 108, Pentire Adrift).

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top up with Wild Idol.
