Wild Botivo Ruby

A refreshing moment

 

INGREDIENTS
15ml / 0.5 fl oz Botivo
30ml / 1 fl oz Pomegranate Juice
125ml / 4.25 fl oz Wild Idol Rosé

US substitutions: Botivo or any non-alcoholic dark Italian-style aperitif (e.g. Ghia, Wilfred's Bittersweet Aperitif).

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top up with Wild Idol.
