INGREDIENTS
30ml / 1 fl oz Martini Vibrante Non-Alcoholic Aperitif
15ml / 0.5 fl oz Grapefruit Cordial
10ml / 0.25 fl oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Wild Idol Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé

US substitutions: Martini Vibrante or any non-alcoholic vermouth (e.g. Lyre's Aperitif Dry, Giffard Aperitif Sirop).

METHOD
Add all ingredients to a wine glass with cubed ice and top up with Wild Idol.
