Rosé Hugo

For brunch or afternoon tea

 

INGREDIENTS
100ml / 3.5 fl oz Wild Idol Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé
25ml / 0.75 fl oz Rose Syrup
3 Lemon Wedges

METHOD
Squeeze lemon wedges into a chilled wine glass over cubed ice, add rose syrup and top with Wild Idol Rosé. Stir briefly and garnish with 3 rose petals.
