INGREDIENTS
45ml / 1.5 fl oz Everleaf Mountain Non-Alcoholic Spirit
22.5ml / 0.75 fl oz Plum Cordial
Wild Idol Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé

US substitutions: Everleaf Mountain or any non-alcoholic herbal aperitif (e.g. Seedlip Garden 108, Pentire Adrift).

METHOD
Shake the first two ingredients and top with Wild Idol Rosé.
