INGREDIENTS
100ml / 3.5 fl oz Wild Idol Alcohol Free Sparkling White
25ml / 0.75 fl oz Non-Alcoholic Gin Alternative
15ml / 0.5 fl oz Acacia Honey Syrup*
10ml / 0.25 fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice

METHOD
Add all ingredients except Wild Idol White to a cocktail shaker. Shake with cubed ice and strain into a wide-lipped tulip glass or champagne flute. Top with Wild Idol White.

*2-parts acacia honey to 1-part warm water, stirred until fully incorporated.
